  I have been several times and I think it depends on the person who serves you. Before I have had good attention and information; but this last time there were 3 people, a lady whose last name started with ki, another with izu... and the man with no idea, instead of helping, seemed to create more obstacles. If I didn't have to send something, I wouldn't go; but it was necessary. This last time, they didn't even deserve a star!

  The reception staff are very bad and slow. I have used postal service in many other places and have never found it as bad as here. 1 star still really not deserved!

  5 stars is not enough. Even though we were on a tight time schedule and had a lot of packages to pick up, so it took a long time, they didn't give us a single look of displeasure.In fact, they seemed apologetic and responded very kindly. I would like the Isesaki headquarters in Honmachi to follow suit. If you're in the area, we recommend this place for local delivery and Yu-Pack pickup.

The Japan Post service counter was better, but the postal service is inefficient, slow, and completely inflexible, so you need to be careful when using it. Even the rejected mail could be sent to other post offices without any problem. I don't want to use it as much as possible.
