  I have been several times and I think it depends on the person who serves you. Before I have had good attention and information; but this last time there were 3 people, a lady whose last name started with ki, another with izu... and the man with no idea, instead of helping, seemed to create more obstacles. If I didn't have to send something, I wouldn't go; but it was necessary. This last time, they didn't even deserve a star!

  The reception staff are very bad and slow. I have used postal service in many other places and have never found it as bad as here. 1 star still really not deserved!

  5 stars is not enough. Even though we were on a tight time schedule and had a lot of packages to pick up, so it took a long time, they didn't give us a single look of displeasure.In fact, they seemed apologetic and responded very kindly.
