::Thank you for helping me with my breast cancer screening. I have a chronic kidney disease, but the nurse was concerned about my health and told me there was a place where I could lie down. The other staff members also felt at ease. I felt that this was a hospital that took great care of me. (addition) I have my annual breast cancer screening every year, and the doctors and nurses check my information properly and take care of me. After visiting this clinic, I feel so relieved. Masu. thank you.

::I went to the doctor because I felt discomfort in my breasts. The doctors and nurses were all kind and reassuring, and I felt that this was a hospital I would like to stay at for a long time. I am very grateful for the environment where I feel comfortable listening to my concerns. Since I had made a reservation, the wait time was short.

::Thanks to this doctor, my mother's cancer was discovered. My mother underwent colon cancer screening at a famous clinic (If you post a bad review about Utsunomiya Anal/Stomach Clinic, it will be hidden!), but her abdominal pain and nausea did not subside, so she was given a second diagnosis, and this one was very pleasant. I recommended the hospital. As a result, I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. My mother and I went to the hospital at the same time, and the doctor kept repeating with a serious face, ``I'm worried about your mother,'' and as a result of the prompt treatment, the intestine, which was on the verge of rupturing due to an intestinal blockage caused by cancer, was removed. The gas seemed to subside and the pain subsided. I am grateful to the doctor for noticing my cancer that other clinics overlooked. The receptionist is also smiling and kind.

::I have visited the hospital several times, and even though I was worried about the details of the examination, the doctors and nurses supported me from various angles, and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. However, I think it's only some people, but the receptionist feels bad. There are some people who do this because they strive for efficiency and accuracy (and make it look bad), but when I look back at the way they asked me questions, there were some parts where they didn't get the point, so I'm probably not that type. It's possible that he wasn't able to choose his words well because he didn't have much time to spare, but it seemed like he was used to his work, and I could sense his arrogance towards his patients. Judging from his voice, he seemed young, but I wonder if no one around him paid any attention to him. It's a shame that doctors and nurses are providing such good quality care. We apologize to those who do not fall under the above categories.

::This was my first visit to the hospital for an endoscopy after being introduced to it by a doctor at a private practice I had been working with for 19 years. When I gathered reviews with my wife in advance, the receptionist and accounting staff had a lot of bad reviews, so I was prepared to some extent. However, I was satisfied with the way they treated me. It's my personal opinion, but I don't think there's any harm in being someone who doesn't like to smile. The work was completed efficiently. The nurses were all as kind as the reviews said, and when I heard them explaining the CT contrast agent test to an elderly woman, they took the time to explain carefully, including the risks. He was very thorough in explaining the inspection to me. I feel that the doctor is a good doctor as per the reviews. I have two requests: (1) When explaining the test, I will be in a private room to protect my privacy. ② Since accounting is cash only, we will support card and electronic payment methods. The above is my opinion, and I apologize for expressing my own opinions. Thank you in the future.
