If I refuse from the beginning because I'm fully booked, do I need to ask about the circumstances? I was told, "You can make a reservation in two months." Can you explain the situation here? Don't you understand Japanese? After that, I called another dental clinic and they responded to my request in an emergency. I don't know the dentist's skills, but I would like to see an improvement in the reception staff.
