  It's been in business for quite a long time. A big shopping mall. It's right from the station. It's about a 5 minute walk, There is a parking lot inside Tenpo. A big park next door. There are restaurants and fast food shops. It's near a railroad crossing, so cars can go in and out. Troublesome due to traffic jams, etc. The two hours were free.
