::One of the best hotels in hospitality and location when travelling in Tokyo. The lady at concierge (Ms Fuona) was extremely helpful, kind and professional to help us out and plan our short trips in Tokyo. She was extremely helpful, patient and kind with smiles at all times, which made my short trip in Tokyo so delightful and impressed.

::Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week in the King Room with Club Lounge Acess and I highly recommend! The room was very big compared to other hotels more central to Tokyo. The room was clean and we enjoyed the complimentary ByRedo toiletries. I would highly recommend booking with the lounge access. It includes Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Cocktail Hour. The breakfast buffet is absolutely worth it. We didn’t get to have the cocktail hour but the Afternoon Tea was really nice. The service here is absolutely amazing and we will definitely coming back. The hotel (although at first hard to find) is a 5 min walk from Shinagawa station and about 20min from all major touristic places. It’s also 20 min from Haneda airport which was very convenient!

::Room is very clean and has classic modern design. All staff are very accommodating and friendly as well. Also ordered room service for breakfast and everything was delicious. Perfect location as the hotel is next to Shinagawa station. There is also a 7/11 outside the hotel and lots of restaurants nearby so it is very convenient. We will definitely be back.

::Very pleased with my experience. 田中Sanaさんallowed me to drop my bags off early. When she checked me in, I explained i was here for my birthday and she made me feel welcome and special. Close to Haneda Airport. The rooms are great. Clean. Bed was quite comfortable. My original view was great from my room, but given the location near the trains, I did not sleep very well. I was hesitant to say anything but 渡邉Meiさん allowed me to move to the quiet side of the hotel. Very grateful. All the staff are hospitable. Next time I stay, I should be able to carry a conversation in full Japanese.

::Rooms are nice, but after staying here a few times they are starting to feel a bit dated. They are in need of some renovation. I visited the InterContinental in Osaka and it is breathtaking. Strings should make some updates to the lobby/lounge decor, breakfast selection, and renovate the rooms to match the quality of their Osaka hotel. Service is impeccable as always. Location next to the station is also great. Employees are very good at their job here. Definitely recommend, but think they need to update a few things.
