  This was an excellent choice for our longer stay in Tokyo. We stayed for just under 3 weeks, and this location was perfect for us. The close proximity to the Yamanote line made tourism a breeze. The rooms are clean, and are maintained to a very high standard. However, of all the positive things to note, the exemplary point is definitely the staff team. As two non Japanese speaking visitors, the staff made every effort to accommodate us. Communication was done primarily through a translation app. Staff took no issues with this whatsoever, and answered all of our questions/requests without issue. In the future, if we return to Tokyo and are in the same area, we would have no hesitation in booking here again.

  Simple rooms but comfortable. The staff was smiling and nice. All the basic amenities. Simple breakfast provided. Location: Shinagawa is not a good place for food after 10.

  This is a "No Fuss" hotel. Clean and good facilities. We liked the breakfast very much. Very good for the price.

  It’s good hotel for one day special if you want to go to Osaka next morning . Breakfast is good ,the room are clean , the only bad thing that you can hear the trains noise but i was so tired so i just skip it .

  Perfect location to Shinagawa Train station. Even though the room is small but very clean and comfortable. Good soundproof. Staff are super polite. Breakfast spread is good. It's really worth the money. Highly recommended.
