::About 10 years ago, I lived nearby so I used to go there occasionally. I want to eat it again, so I go by myself on my day off. There are udon set restaurants and famous udon chain restaurants nearby, but I really like the udon here. Miso Chinese noodles are probably popular, but I always order jumbo kishimen. I love the thick kishimen noodles that have a handmade feel, and I even drink half of the dashi soup.

::This is my favorite noodle place. They serve almost all Japanese noodles, hot and cold, and the price is surprisingly affordable. I really like cold Chinese noodles (冷やし中華) with mayo. Highly recommended!

::Really cheap and authentic Kishi men shop. Everything was around 400-600 yen and each serving were massive. Even though they were a kishimen shop they also had udon, chuka soba and some other ones. I third their miso kishimen as well as their jumbo kishimen both were good. The jumbo kishimen was a new experience as a single noodle strand was extremely thicc and Had a satisfying chew.

::Excellent food, reasonably priced!

::Small noodle restaurant where you can eat home made noodles cheap, quick. Their specialty is jumbo kishimen but also chukasoba and other dishes are good. You can buy and bring home made noodles, too.
