  The person at the counter was very polite and kind. I had an urgent transfer, but please check the fees for the transfer destination where you can select multiple destinations. Thanks to your flexible response, I was able to get things done safely (lol), even though I had to deal with other banks. I was also impressed by the other counters' slow and thorough explanations to the elderly. On the way, an old man who was confused about exchanging money shouted, A woman came from the back, even though it was the third wave of coronavirus. He stays next to me and uses the touch panel with me, which is very polite. I just glanced at the male bank employee and didn't really understand. Even at the counter, women are very attentive, resourceful, and quick. On the way, a customer, I guess, came in pushing a supermarket cart and yelled loudly. A male bank employee and a female bank employee were listening in silence from the back. We have a variety of customers, but we treat them all in a humble and courteous manner. It's been a long time. (lol) I was there for about an hour, so I took my time to observe people.
