It's a system where you buy a ticket from a ticket vending machine and order the firmness of the noodles in writing, so you don't have to worry even if you have no communication skills. If you have 1 or 2 people, you can eat here with almost no waiting time.

  As always, Ichiran is super delicious! The employees kept ducking down to peek through the serving window though, so that kind of ruined the solitary-eating effect Ichiran is famous for.
