カズミシバミネ(カズぴょん)
::It's normal. What I ate today was the light soy sauce and mini green onion chashu rice bowl from the lunch menu. Unlike the menu, there weren't many ingredients, as you can tell by looking at the photo. 😔

::Traditional fried rice. The result is sparse, and I can't help but feel like I can make it even more delicious. I recommend the ramen pepper. The soup is light, so a little garlic is good.

::I ate seafood-based tsukemen and gyoza. The moment I ate the noodles, I could smell the wheat. It was delicious, but the quantity was small and I thought it was not cost effective.

::``Ichidaimoto Urawa Uenoda Store'' is located in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes by car from Urawa Misono Station on the Saitama Rapid Railway. A well-known Chinese restaurant that was founded in 1985 and has been loved by locals for many years. The restaurant has counter seats, table seats, and tatami seats, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. The sound of a wok being manipulated can be heard coming from the kitchen, and anticipation builds. Their signature menu is ``Ramen,'' which is characterized by a rich soup based on pork bones and chicken bones. The soup that clings to the medium-thick curly noodles is packed with flavor and richness, and once you take a bite, you'll be captivated by its depth. The ingredients are simple: pork fillet, menma, green onions, and seaweed, and the flavors of the ingredients are brought out and go perfectly with the soup. In addition to ramen, there is a wide variety of standard Chinese dishes such as gyoza, shumai, and fried rice. The most recommended item is the gyoza.

::Large serving of rich pork bone miso ramen This is my 4th order. The rich soup clings to the chewy, thick noodles and is delicious. You can make it larger for an additional 200 yen. Even if you decline rice, the price will not change. I ordered fried rice once, but it didn't suit my taste and I haven't ordered it since.
