The nurses provided very thorough care, but Dr. K, a veteran in charge, was thorough in his explanations, but his statements changed from time to time, and when things were not convenient, he always defended himself. They do not provide support to the patient's family. The young teachers are very kind. This is the only NICU in the prefectural central area, so I had to put up with a lot of things until I was discharged.

::The outpatient nurse's treatment was too harsh. I contacted the doctor to ask for a change because I was not compatible with the doctor, but the nurse in charge said, ``Please go into the examination room and tell the doctor directly.'' This was the first time I was surprised. They don't think about the fact that it would be too much of a burden on the patient to directly tell the doctor that they think it's not a good fit, or to have the patient see another doctor again. I think it would be better to improve the quality of the staff by conducting in-house training.

::I have been hospitalized several times due to emergency transport at night. Even though it was at night, the doctors and nurses were very kind, which I was grateful for. The doctor was different each time I was transported at night, but every doctor said, ``You were worried, weren't you?'' It was the right thing to call an ambulance and come to the hospital.'' I feel relieved in many ways. When you go to an emergency room, you should never go there with a feeling of ease, but there are times when you are worried about going to the hospital at night. That word makes me feel relieved. I really wish all hospitals had pediatricians and nurses like this.

::Thank you for your help in the emergency transport and emergency hospitalization of my child. The nurses were very kind and beautiful...⭐︎They took care of each and every detail carefully. Also, the guards are kind too...! When I was stressed out due to an emergency, the kindness of everyone around me was a great relief. Since I was accompanying him to the hospital, I was allowed to use the shower room after putting him to bed. As recommended by the guard, the shower in the basement was new! ! And excellent water power! ! ! ! Even without shampoo, etc., I was able to remove dirt from my hair with water power. This is serious. It was the best free shower I've had in more than half of my life. There is no shampoo provided, so please bring your own. Thanks to you, my tiredness and dirt are blown away, and I feel like I can face my children with a kinder heart. As a bonus, the laundry room next to the shower room is as shown in the photo. Bring detergent. I'm glad there's also a dryer! Thank you, Ibaraki Prefectural Children's Hospital!
