    The doctors, nurses, receptionists, everyone is very nice. I've been there many times, but I haven't seen anyone like the bad reviews in the past. There are times when it is difficult to get through on the phone.

    As others have written, the attitude of the receptionist is bad. When I arrived at 8:35 with a reservation for 8:30, I ended up waiting in the car until 9:00 because I was the first one to arrive. There was no point in making a reservation. When I asked the receptionist for an explanation, I was very surprised by how aggressively he told me that it couldn't be helped. That person had no kindness or humility, and I couldn't feel an apology, which made me extremely angry. Thank you for your help for a long time, but I won't be going back anymore. The teachers and nurses were nice, but the brown-haired receptionist's harsh attitude was very unpleasant and disappointing. thank you for helping me.

    The teachers and nurses are good. I won't go there anymore because the receptionist's behavior is so bad. The receptionist changes once every 1-2 years, but only one person was good.     The teacher was easygoing and said it was okay. The nurse was very kind and caring. However, as other people have written, the person at the reception wearing glasses always makes me feel uncomfortable. The way he speaks is harsh and intimidating, making me think he's angry about something. I always feel bad after it's over I'd better do something about it.

    This was the worst pediatrician I have ever been to. Especially the woman at the reception. It's beyond frustrating. The waiting time was 1 hour and 40 minutes without a reservation, and I had to wait in my car without any explanation, which was the worst. Even though the child had a high fever, was vomiting, and was on the verge of collapsing due to a nosebleed, they didn't even bother to respond because it was their turn, which was impossible. The only nurse who was older was the only one who spoke well. However, it was a hospital I never wanted to go to again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
