  Rooms big enough for a family of 5. In room washing room great when traveling and don't need to bring too much clothes. Quiet that you can barely hear the train below. Store downstairs to buy food with 7/11 and Family Mart near by. Train stations are walkable! Great place to be your hub while exploring Japan.

  I would recommend this place for a family trip to Tokyo. Our room on the top floor had two bed rooms, plus a small kitchenette and dining area. It had a decent bathroom and a washing machine. By Tokyo standards it was large. View was great. 5 minutes walk to the trains and a 24 hour supermarket downstairs. Staff universally helpful.

  We stayed at Hundred Stay Hotel for five nights and we were thoroughly impressed. The room was well-appointed, there were plenty of amenities in the room for eating in and the hotel offered additional amenities if required (pillows, fans, etc). The staff were friendly and helpful. Air-con was great in this warmer than usual September. The hotel was located close to two stations, or it was an easy 20min walk to Shinjuku station. There was plenty of options to eat out close by, as well as multiple convenience stores and a small supermarket. The supermarket was great for breakfast supplies! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other travellers - even first time visitors to Japan like ourselves.

  Very large room and supermarket is just next door within 1 min walk. There are also some restaurants nearby and 2 train stations 3 min and 7 min walking distance. They gave us 6 beds but we only have 4 people. They gave us new bottles of water , towels, rubbish bag everyday and left outside our room as we didn't want anyone to come into our room. Very considerate. You can just leave rubbish bags outside the room and the staff will collect them for you. There are many shops within walking distances, including duty free shop, cosmetic shops and many yummy restaurants. The sushi train near Shin-Okubo stations are very good in value and yummy.

  Excellent location! Close to 2 stations for easy access for rest of Tokyo and surrounding areas! Thank you for fresh towels and water bottles daily! And the room is cold with very good A/C, and in room washer/dryer combo is so wonderful during hot Tokyo summer! All the hotel rooms are on the higher floor of the building, which is very nice and thus quiet from the train tracks.
