::I am very disappointed by the lack of transparency in this hotels website. They advertise the pool, which is why we chose this hotel over others just for it to not be completed yet.

::Lovely room with great view. Excellent food and services. - March 2024

::Stayed 2 nights with my parents. First night was kaiseki, 2nd night was French. Overall food was good but the 2nd night wagyu steak ruined it. It was described as wagyu sirloin but was so tough that all 3 of had to ultimately spit out several of the pieces since it was like gum. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter, the reply was to "cut it smaller". I get that this isn't a Michelin rated restaurant but was unpleasantly surprised at how they dealt with the situation. Room and private bath is good but food was subpar. I would suggest looking for a different hotel/ryokan.

::Spacious hotel with elegant Roman style columns and stairs. The French restaurant offers haute cuisine in front of giant windows. The onsen is nicely done, the best part is the outdoor onsen with view of the bay and the mountain behind a miniature zen garden plus a waterfall and jets. The family rooms are large with a double bathroom.

::Overall great hotel. The staff are very good, the onsen is really relaxing with a great view, the room with a private bath we got was really worth it, the pool and jacuzzis are nice, and the food we had was great. The room could be cleaner though (replace the carpet!), and the front of the hotel needs to be power washed. Totally worth it though!
