  The low price is appealing, but the rooms really are small and quite rough round the edges. Very 70s vibes on the decor and facilities.

  Great location right near Shinjuku san-chome station. Clean and attentive staff, breakfast was great too.

  Location is great and very near to lrt exit c7. Surrounded by 2 family marts, 7-11, Lawson 100yen, medicine shop, breakfast place like sukiya and Matsuya. Small room but well-equipped

  Twins room size is fine for two people but the toilet is a little bit small. Price is very friendly in Shinjuku. Walking distance to station.

  The location of hotel is great, easy to access. However, the thin wall make you can hear snoring from other room. For short visit and sleep only its doesn' t matter because of low price.
