::The low price is appealing, but the rooms really are small and quite rough round the edges. Very 70s vibes on the decor and facilities.

::Location is great and very near to lrt exit c7. Surrounded by 2 family marts, 7-11, Lawson 100yen, medicine shop, breakfast place like sukiya and Matsuya. Small room but well-equipped

::Twins room size is fine for two people but the toilet is a little bit small. Price is very friendly in Shinjuku. Walking distance to station.

::The location of hotel is great, easy to access. However, the thin wall make you can hear snoring from other room. For short visit and sleep only its doesn' t matter because of low price.
