::Staff were very unhelpful. Unable to provide earlier checkin that I had asked for, unless I pay extra ¥1,000! So I had to prepare myself for a business meeting in a 4x2 ft public toilet 🤬

::Normal clean hotel. There is free coffee machine in the lobby but it's closed early morning. I was expecting to get an early morning coffee but was disappointed.

::Wifi was difficult to access. Good lobby space and dining, so it's not like a business hotel. Rooms are typical but clean and have anything you'll need, especially if traveling single.

::Lack of Linguistic Skills Disturbingly Lamentable I'm from Mexico, currently living in Malta, so I consider myself adaptable to different languages and cultures. However, the inability of the hotel staff to converse in English, an internationally recognized communication language, is downright ridiculous. Such negligence can result in confusion, discomfort, and dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the hotel rooms are suffocatingly small, certainly unsuitable for individuals of average stature. As a patron, I am beyond disappointed and genuinely appalled by this obvious oversight.
