  It's definitely a calm atmosphere (good breakfast) I travel all over the country by car. I chose it because of the good reviews. This is my first time using a mutual aid system. First of all, there are only a few guest rooms, so it's not noisy, and the customer base is middle-aged and elderly, so it's quiet. The reception staff and guest room cleaning are also reliable. However, since I only stay at sophisticated business hotels, there are some places where I'm not satisfied. Even if I replace the shampoo bottle... The plating part is really falling,, It's tough without a coin laundry... How old is it? It smells when you come back from the room (disappears with ventilation) The air conditioner is built into the ceiling, so it's too strong to leave it on, but it makes a lot of drainage noise. I have no complaints because the cleaning is spot on, but it feels very old and the amenities are really minimal (SDGS? But for business travelers...) Breakfast is Japanese and delicious. This was refreshing for me as I was tired of the same business hotel breakfasts. Even basic things are delicious. I'm worried about whether I'll repeat it next time.

  15 minutes walk from Nagano Station It is a calm accommodation facility. The staff is cheerful and makes you feel comfortable.

  The cleaning was thorough and I was able to spend a comfortable time. Breakfast was also very delicious.

  We basically stay overnight without meals and travel by car for business trips. Everything was the best value for money I booked. I will use it again.
