  Standard-sized rooms for business hotels in Japan. I didn’t book smoking room but I got a smoking room so the room smelled. Breakfast buffet was decent. Great location right in front of the station and bus terminal to take the bus to Oirase Gorge.

  Great location next to Aomori station. The rooms were clean but a bit small. The buffet was limited but tasty. The highlight was staff who were very helpful!

  Comes with breakfast, all day coffee, big bath, great location (walk to train station, Nebuta museum, restaurants), coin laundry, but service made the biggest impression. We left our USB charging device in the room. When we emailed the next day, it was immediately sent, at no cost, to our onward hotel in another city. The legendary Japanese service in action. Thanks so much!

  The room is not smoking but filled with smoke smells. The yukata is very smelly (probably not been washed) also the bed cover is very smelly as well. Room looks clean but I rather pay more and stay at a better hotel. I understand this is a standard salaryman hotel not a resort. It’s just my personal review. I book this for its location.

  Room was a tad small. But it's pretty standard for Japanese business hotels. The location was conveniently located in front of the train station, which is a strong plus. Most importantly, the hotel staff managed to find a necklace we've misplaced and returned it to us when we checked out. Kudos to the honesty of the hotel staff. Highly recommended!
