::Frequent free shuttle to and from Narita takes 10 minutes. Great value when booked early and huge rooms with stunning view of north runway on high floors. Bathroom might usefully be updated. Lawson on the ground floor which is hugely helpful. Staff were very organised for each bus arrival, and very helpful during check-in Book though their membership scheme and you will get a substantial discount in the restaurants

::This hotel deserves 5 stars. Even though the hotel is getting old, it offers everything you need for comfort. We had an executive room. The bed is a bit hard in our opinion, but it's perfectly fine for one night. The reception and check-in staff make a very good impression. They were very nice and friendly! There is a shuttlebus to the airport but we took the taxi, it costs about 1'700-2'000Yen. The highlight is that there is a convenience store in the hotel!🥹 LAWSON!

::The hotel is ideal for transit passengers at Narita International Airport due to its close proximity, making it extremely convenient. They offer a shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel. The rooms are excellent, and the hotel lobby is also very pleasant. Plus, having a Lawson store on the first floor adds to the convenience. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. However, the room is a bit old-fashioned and dim, even with all the lights on.

::So much more than a transfer hotel... Location: A shuttle will get you here from the airport in about 10 minutes, with no stops in-between. Another shuttle will take you to JR Narita Station, which I absolutely recommend. Staff: Above and beyond. The person who checked us in asked about our flight the next morning, then gave us very helpful directions to the correct terminal and check-in area and a recommended time to be there. The next morning as our shuttle left the staff all lined up outside the entrance and waved goodbye. Wow. Room: A bit dated but very usable. The bedding was fairly hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to be on yet; fortunately the window had a panel that could be opened to let in cool air for a good night's sleep. Internet & TV: WiFi was impressively fast. TV had no smart features. Food: Maybe it was because we were among the first diners in the restaurant, but the breakfast here seemed just about perfect. The buffet featured no less than three coffee machines, offering espresso drinks, drip coffee and cold brew. There was of course an omelette station, plus fried chicken, curry, pastries, even vitamin supplements...? After breakfast we went for a stroll on the tranquil grounds to check out the cherry blossoms. All in all a fantastic stay!

::This hotel is perfect for business meetings that are scheduled close to your departure time. It offers various amenities and a delightful sushi restaurant. The airport shuttle service is an added advantage as it helps save time and money especially when you have a tight schedule after your business meeting or trip from other parts of Japan. The rooms are of standard size and are modern and secure. Overall a great value.
