  This is a first class hotel. The service was so attentive. I am a bit of a princess when it comes to beds and for us the beds were way too hard that we couldn't sleep .I spoke to the front desk and 10 minutes later they had put 4 pillow Toppers on the bed for us. So if the bed is too hard you fix it. Another thing that stood out at this hotel was that some food is not available after certain times but they were so nice that they made us porridge at 11pm to help with my stomach Ach. I would recommend this hotel

  Bin zufrieden, schöne Zimmer, guter Service. Beim Frühstück in dem 40. Stock hat man einen super Ausblick.

  Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei. Hotel enorme (3 torres) mas nem por isso impessoal. Localização privilegiada, belíssimo jardim, apartamentos amplos e bem equipados, um dos restaurantes onde servem o café da manhã, no 40 andar, tem belíssima vista do monte Fuji.funcionários prestativos e educadíssimos. Se puder voltarei com certeza.
