::The hotel was recently renovated, and the room, breakfast, onsen, view, etc are surprisingly good at this price. No extra parking fee. Highly recommended especially for those with rental cars!

::Room is definitely a little dated but clean, fantastic view. Can’t complain for the price I booked the room for. Panoramic bath is small but was clean and not crowded at all during my stay. I believe they typically charge for parking but I believe it was waived during my stay. Only major downside is the access - I drove and the road up is pretty difficult by any standards, narrow roads with sharp turns all while local drivers blasting by. Overall I can recommend, but would not pay a premium.

::We went to this hotel with a group of 26 students 11-15 years old and this is by far the best hotel I visited with a school. The Japanese rooms were very large and comfortable, the onsen was quite spacious and the food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious. The service at Hotel Nagasaki was particularly caring and accommodating to our large group, which was very much appreciated. Finally, the advert is not lying: the view is one of the best in Nagasaki. Absolutely stunning! I would certainly come back, either with a group or for my own holiday.

::First of all, the website says it takes about 10mins from the station, but it is impossible because the hotel is on the mountain. thus, we went by taxi, however there was a bus stop, so actually, you can come by bus(there was no information about available transportation on the website). We had a room at annex, the room was dusty and air conditioner was full of dust and mold. The futon was very thin. The food was okay. we also had private bath but it was embarrassing because you could see houses and people around.

::First off, it says it is a 10 minute walk from Nagasaki station. But that is up a mountain. Would not suggest doing. A taxi will be able to take you for about $11 from the station. There is a bus that circles past there. It makes it easy to take it down to the station. There is not much near the hotel. So you have to go back in to town to do anything. The rooms are nice traditional Japanese rooms with futons and your own bathroom. Staff does not speak much English. For the price it's pretty good. Just be aware to do anything you'll most likely have to take a bus or taxi to and from the hotel.
