The room was well-appointed with all the amenities I appreciate, which are often lacking in other hotels. The staff were exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to assist us, even during busy periods, particularly at breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

::The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The room was excellent and felt like it was recently refurbished. The location was super convenient for accessing transit. The room TVs allowed for screen mirroring, which was a very nice surprise for us.

::Great central spot to stay in Nagasaki with easy access to the public transit. Rooms are large and comfortable. They took care of a special request for us with no difficulty.

::Comfortable quiet hotel with spacious room. Very convenient location next to Shinkansen and big Amu Plaza shopping mall. Few minutes walk to street car stop. Street car brings you to almost all the attractions. Staff were all very polite, professional and helpful. Great stay.
