::We have some issues with our booking on Agoda but finally got resolved and room upgraded from 2 pax room to 5 pax room. Unfortunately, it was raining and we didn’t get to try the outdoor onsen that is supposedly with Mt Fuji view

::Amazing location. Onsen was fantastic. Room was average. Hotel shows signs of being run down. Lots of water damage in the walls. Food choices were over priced and average. 1st room we had, the air-conditioning was very noisy, we had to request another room. Very limited areas to sit and enjoy a drink with the views. Great location, but high price for an average room.

::The view from the hotel was absolutely amazing! We could see Mt. Fuji clearly, the lake on our left and forest on our right. The pictures of the rooms were a little deceiving and my parents and I commented that it looked like an old 1960's room. Thy hamam was fabulous with many accessories to it. Breakfast was amazing, many different options for food, an excellent view of Mt. Fuji, and amazing customer service.

::Amazing experience. Hotel is in an amazing location and the views of Mount Fuji are unbeatable. Service is fantastic and shuttle is prompt and dependable. Quiet rooms, very nice spa with views of Mount Fuji, and great breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

::Check the weather before you booked to make the most of your stay! I was sad because its raining when I stayed. Looking forward to go back! The onsen is the best here! if the weather is nice you’ll see the Mt Fuji overlooking your bath. And the balcony is majestically overlooking the lake kawaguchi. The price for breakfast is 2,700 💴 for a buffet. The staffs are nice. Would love to come back! Can’t believe its a two star hotel this is above average and at par to those 4-5 star hotels i have been into.
