  Although it was cloudy to see the Fuji Mt. but the location of the hotel is great and the room is better than expectations. Overall it is recommended!

  Amazing view of Mt Fuji and clean and large rooms. Buffet breakfast and dinner is really good too. Also bus right outside for easy transport. Would recommend.

  Room was old. The toilet in our room had a bad sewage smell. They also use a traditional key instead of hotel cards. The sofa in our room was badly damaged. The location is very remote, you have to walk 30 mins to the nearest convenience store. But, you can see Mount Fuji from here. Breakfast and dinner spread was quite limited. When we asked for extra pillows, the staff said "no" and hanged up. Very rude. Their in house onsen was okay. There was a bit of discolouration on the floor tiles though.

  The place was really well like 50/50 all the time I will tell you all the cons first -A/C on the lowest,coldest,and high airspeed it was still hot my brother was sweating half of the time and he said it wasn’t well for him. Pros- Best view of the famous Mt.Fuji - Great food all of my family members could it eat (even the picky people) and to top it off great dessert at the end.

  Pros - Amazing view of the fuji mountain and lake - The hot spring is nice though it's indoor Cons - Room was pretty old and not very clean, spider webs and dust on the window and carpet. - The AC did NOT work - Breakfast and food was very POOR quality. Not something I expect to see in Japan. - Old style key for room entrance, no NFC card
