::They told me the breakfast is 2000yen including tax per person in the email, but it's actually 2420yen when I pay for it, they didn't notice us the price is different before we ate the breakfast, they seems not welling to pay me back the money thay scammed, a very bad experience. I stayed for 3 nights and my plan did not including breakfast, so I keep asking them when should I pay for breakfast? I ask 4 times first time when I check-in, second time before eat the breakfast third time after I eat, forth time when I check-out. All the staff just keep telling me pay later, until I check-out they still didn't let me pay for it, so I ask them again, and it wasted me 20mins for them to check why I didn't pay for the meal...I I'm about to be late on shinkansen!!!!! Also I keep trying to book breakfast seat in advance, but they don't accept booking, so while we wait around 10mins I ask the staff how long we need to wait because it still gonna cost long time we would like to eat somewhere else. but he just tell us keep waiting in very formal way and walk away. They really need to be improve!!!!!!!

::Excellent hotel next to Morioka station. The room is cleaned and well maintained. Excellent service. We came and left our luggage in the afternoon and when we came back our luggage was in our rooms. Friendly staffs. The location of this hotel is amazing as it is located in the mall. To get to Morioka station is very easy and very short distance.

::Everything was ok, clean, very close to station, nice breakfast, BUT don’t stay in the 5th floor… all the rooms windows on this floor are 75 % or completely covered with a plastic foil so you can not watch outside at all. In the description it says „ with city view“, so in my opinion this is pretty much impossible. Especially if you stay longer then one night. Also the room is small, but that’s still ok for Japanese standards but NOT in combination with a complete sealed window. I asked the reception to change but it wasn’t possible of course.. I have been to many hotels now ( in Japan ) but never have I experienced this. Yes, the rooms can be small, yes, the view sometimes is not great ( just at a wall, one building, etc) but never had it been completely covered. Just happened once in a love hotel, but there at least the room is much bigger… I really wish for this hotel to change that.

::We were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers in our room due to my husband's 81st birthday! Everyone was so friendly and the breakfast was great.

::Location and service are almost perfect. However I paid 600 yen for parking fee when checking in. When I left, the cooperative parking lot still asked me to pay 600 yen again. Is any problem in the hotel system or staff?
