::2024.08.20 Well ….. it’s an old building. But it’s NOT refurbished. The ventilation system is broken. The room was hot and stuffy. Ventilation is important to me. I was disappointed. This hotel is lacking for the name of a hotel metropolitan. The rates are also steep. The highest in the area. Even the nearby dormy Inn is better. Coming to Morioka ? Go to the DORMY INN down the street You’re better off there. You get a free bath included, free drinks and coffee , free ice cream, free Yakult, free ramen and more….

::A business hotel close to Morioka Station. Close to the Kitakami River, perfect for a walk. The bathroom is clean and easy to use.

::Nice and we'll equiped guestrooms compared with other station hotel surrounded the rail station. Parking is not free but at low cost of 600 yen per night. The hotel has several restaurants in it but there are plenty of choice outside too. Breakfast included in my plan and the food and drink choice is good and better than other 'business hotel'

::Very welcoming with spacious rooms and clean accommodations. Dehumidifiers and Nespresso machines in every room were a nice touch! Mini bar was also constantly stocked. The only thing that would've been nice to have was a microwave.

::Great location for a hotel. The hotel staff is great! The rooms have their good and bad. The hotel was built a while back, that means that the space in the room has not increased with the times. The restrooms could used a upgrade with times. The pillows are memory foam, the mattress is very comfortable. The sheets are super soft. There is a water heaters, so you can still get your coffee or tea in the morning.
