::5 stars to the facility, 5 stars to the onsen itself, 5 stars to the meals, and another 6 stars to the staff. I will literally visit Ikaho again just to stay in Matsumotoro.

::I stayed in a single room which was kinda tiny. The service was very good, the food was really nice and the onsen was just awesome. It's not a cheap Ryokan but I'll definitely go back. It's definitely worth it!

::I was surprised with the quality of service compared to its price. Our family seemed to enjoy the traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast. Room was very clean.

::An attractive and well run onsen hotel. Enjoyed a no-smoking room and free (valet) parking. Choice of Chinese or French for dinner. I chose French (yummy), and they gladly accommodated my request for no red meat. Breakfast was mediocre, on wobbly tables. Bad coffee Reasonably priced, good value--I recommend this hotel!
