::Had a very memorable visit with my family last April 2023. Super clean rooms, comfy beds, and that spectacular view of the lake is very special. The breakfast buffet had quite a selection! Indoor onsen is very nice. The views of the outdoor onsen was quite an experience. Perfect base for enjoying the cherry blossoms of the Kannonji River. Highly recommended indeed. ♥️

::Service is outstanding! We're travelling Australians, and the team here do everything they can to assist, including support with booking restaurants. Special mention to A. Hata on the front desk.....amazing!!! The location is great, a quick drive to town and nearby resorts. Onsen is excellent and a must on your visit. Rooms are a little dated but very clean, comfortable, and large in size. Would definitely come back here again.

::This hotel is really nice, the interior is fancy and amenities are quite good. Service is great and they are polite. My little one had fun with the swimming pool. This exceeds my expectations.
