::Me and my boyfriend had an amazing stay in this ryokan. The service was impeccable. We chose the meal option "gourmet plan" and the food is so good!! There's also many baths with awesome views and with the sound of the river. We expected the baths to be crowded but it wasn't. We came to Japan for 3 months, walked from the morning to night so we needed to relax before going back home. There's also a sauna, massage chairs and a lot more. We decided to stay more than a night next time if we have the chance to travel to Japan again.

::Beautiful and amazing hot spring that's surrounded by nature, they even have private open air hot springs for unbelievable low hourly fees. The staffs are so polite and attentive, they will make you feel more than welcome to be a guest at this special place . The enchanted garden that's right next to the restaurant is so breathtakingly beautiful it just shows you how much efforts they put into making this place an once in a lifetime experience for their clients!

::Always a wonderful experience. Came here before, 4 years ago and was happy to be able to stay again this year to see they are doing well and also able to make improvements. The staff are always kind and the food is fantastic, the fried fish during dinner was probably the best I've ever had! I still think about it 😀 The multiple bath options are all fantastic. Many beautiful garden views.

::Slightly out the way from the station, but they offer a shuttle service and about 20 minutes via taxi. With that said, still one of my favorite onsen with all the bath options and views that rotate every day. Also some fantastic food, definitely some of the best tempura I've ever had.

::Our room and public areas are immaculate. There are several large baths along with a private bath on our terrace. The food was delicious! The staff are all very polite and friendly and really make customers feel welcome. Recommend very highly!
