  Nice hotel but very dated rooms. Felt like staying in a hotel from the 80s.

  Floor plan of the room is odd. Furniture occupied the room. You need to be very careful and skillful to walk inside the room. Buffet and Spa are great. The decorations of the lobby is fantastic. Using different colors of umbrellas hangs in the middle of ceiling level. Photo spot with pops of umbrellas that is really fun for photo shootings.

  Nice hotel and clean room. Sakurajima is visible from room! I like the glass exterior which makes it really bright inside. There's a church for wedding ceremony in the middle of the main building. Staff is friendly. The restaurant for breakfast is at the annex so it's a bit of a walk but they have exhibition (Jomon remains) in the hallway. You can check it out during the walk or after breakfast. The hotspring is free for guests staying at the hotel. Gym and pool is extra fee.

  Beautiful hotel with well-equipped rooms and amenities. Staff spoke good English and provided excellent service. A convenience store is located nearby.

  The Hotel rooms are clean and neat, The hotel rooms are big enough as compared to other Japanese hotels, the have Japanese as well as continental breakfast with limited options. The staff is very courteous. Additional they have a skywalk bridge which has a museum about Japanese tribal origins. Great place to stay.
