::Had a great stay in this hotel, booked the newly decorated room. The add on bonus is they have the shoes dryer that I can dry my shoes after the raining day in USJ. Perfect. Thanks to the entrance ground staff assisting me so much.

::Great location if you are visiting Universal Studios Japan. It is cheaper than the park front hotel which is next to this hotel so good value for your money. The personnel are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are maybe a bit outdated but all is clean and in good condition.

::Room and hotel were beautiful. I had found a deal to get a room relatively cheap for a resort hotel, and decided to spoil myself for a couple nights. It's amazing having direct view of the theme park you're excited about right outside your window. The staff were all very helpful, and I appreciate how the hotel does seem to care about experience, such as having a free bag and free water bottles every night. Overall I would love to come back.

::A very good place to stay I Osaka, both for families and couples, close to everything, and you have the universal theme park in the backyard, plus the station is right next to you, so easy to get around, really nice rooms, and very nice and helpful personal, and the natural spa on top has a perfect view.

::My family and I stayed here for one night while visiting the aquarium and Universal. The hotel and staff were great. They handed out little holiday gift baskets to the kids in the lobby, which was nice. You can’t beat the proximity to the park. Higher floors have a great view. There are complimentary coin lockers in the lobby for those needing to store luggage prior to heading out. Overall it was a great stay for a reasonable price. I would definitely consider staying here if we visit Osaka again.
