  The website only makes a passing mention of this, but they provide course-meal breakfast and dinners (dinners are michellin star quality IMO, with option to pair drinks). Note: I am not sure if this is for all guests, or only for certain types of reservations. And, as other guests have already noted, the service is top notch, even for Japan.

  Upmarket onsen hotel. Excellent service and fabulous views. Especially popular during winter. Worth the experience.

  Incredible views, onsen to die for and a cigar room in this uniquely historic hotel that has been run by the same family from generation to generation

  Definitely not up to expectations. A five star hotel where English level is really limited, services poor and you can't use them until 2 PM. Not recommended
