::Very close to koshien station. Wifi not very fast. Breakfast is very good, a variety of choices, include pamaham. Rooms are big, decoration is a bit old.

::I have chosen this hotel just because it is a five-minute walk away from the Koshien Stadium. My room was on the 9th floor. My room was larger than a typical hotel in Japan. Further, the pressure of water was good. The room condition is okay. Personally speaking, this hotel is good for families who wish to enjoy a baseball game at Koshien Stadium. It provides complementary water. On the 7th floor there are several vending machines, you can buy additional water, soda, etc. If I have a chance to visit Koshien Stadium for Hanshin Tigers game, I will make a reservation again. Enjoy.

::The new add on building was nice. The morning meal was cold and not well organized

::Environment and room are comfortable. An empty bottle was found under the bed. Breakfast and dinner are the same. Dessert made me sad. Table and floors were still dirty and sticky even after waiter came to cleaned them.

::We were ataying at new building of West wing . The room is bigger than average Japanese room size. The location is next to train station and shopping center in 5 mins walking distance. The hotel dinner and breakfast buffet are not recommended.
