::The facilities are slightly dated but well-maintained with regular upkeep, ensuring cleanliness throughout. The hotel is within walking distance from the station, offering a quiet and peaceful environment, although guests may need to walk a bit to reach the nearest convenience store. Complimentary coffee service at breakfast is a great addition, perfect for early morning outings. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay.

::The location was very good as it's right next to Tsu Station and the hotel rooms were on 15F or above as I remember which offered a good view. The room had some history but it was clean and came with a massage chair, which I enjoyed using so much as I was so tired after a long day of sightseeing. It did help me relax a bit. Very helpful staff. One complaint was that the ventilation of the bathroom was quite poor and I felt very stuffy after taking a hot shower midway.

::Room was very basic, it was an interesting experience in a truly japanese hotel. But it was clean. Pillow superhard Breakfast was to Asian tastes only.

::It's a ok hotel, for the City probably one of the better. It's some years, rooms quite small but have what you need and is clean and tidy. Bed was super hard, at least for my back. Breakfast is traditional Japanese, and no choices out of that. So a little limited for a Northern European. Staff is super friendly and helpsome. I really like Japan, the culture, respect and polightnes everywhere. Inspirational!

::This is the tallest building in Tsu so the views are great. If you like Japanese food, breakfast is fantastic! Half-buffet of salad/fruit/rice/miso soup/yogurt, bento box of salted salmon and preserved vegetables, a small beef sukiyaki pot, and a choice of two local hot dishes that seem to rotate seasonally. If you prefer western breakfast you're gonna be SOL (but really, what are you expecting in this part of Japan). Breakfast choices are labeled in English. As of early 2023 they are still doing COVID protocol with gloves at the buffet, plastic dividers, etc. I stayed here while some universities were holding entrance exams, which also made for fun people watching (so glad those days are behind me!).
