  Had great expectations for this hotel but it didn't met. First, the room was far from the lift lobby, pulling heavy luggages was not ideal. Second, the room was not clean properly, there were dirt on the carpet, the toilet looks used, was really disappointed. Third, the room was so small I couldn't even open 2 medium luggages without moving certain stuff like table and bed. The TV was also unable to switch on. This is a 4 star hotel and at a prime area but the room standard was poor. The staffs very helpful at the concierge with our delivered luggages, brought them up for us and even gave birthday gift as remarked on booking which is the plus point and hotel is located near Osaka Station and the mall directly below with Pokemon Center and many more. I hope their room standard can be improved!

Activity None 💼 Business Centre 🛫 Airport  Km 55 km 🚂 Osaka Umeda 900 ft 🐾Pets not allowed 🤷‍♂Language : English basic,  Japanese I visited this  property in Mry 2024 with my wife am . We booked one Casual Double room with no view on standard floor. We arrived in the evening  and the check in process was smooth.  We paid INR 67k for 6 nights without breakfast . Let us now move to the review of facilities and my experience ( Rating have been assigned in a Scale of 1 to 5, 5 being highest):- A. Location : Located at 3 JR Osaka Station Annexe  in Umeda area at the heart of the city. Everything is closed by. Extremely well located. (Rating 5). B. Room :  The casual double room on the 25th floor that was allocated was of small size of 183 square feet with a large window . Room was modern and very basic with a queen  bed with a writing desk at the side of the bed,  refrigerator,  TV, 2 chairs with a small coffee table, a safe. Bed mattress was  comfy on the softer side, with large pillows and cushions and matching linens . The room was clean and have amenities like tea/coffee making facility. Two tetra pack of water are provided and tea/coffee  pouches replaced every day. Toilet is of moderate size and with a bath tub. Toilet is fitted with sanitary fitings of good quality and heated commode. . Toileteries like shampoo, shower gel, face wash, tooth brushes etc were provided. Quality of toileteries were of descent quality. Room is well lit with good  air conditioning with a large window with inside view. Additional pillows and blankets are provided on request. Room provides free wifi and signals are reasonably fast. However , the room lacks a wardrobe. There is hardly any space to move around. No luggage storage area. No body lotion provided. (Rating 3.5 ) C. Facilities : The hotel is a typical overnighter basic business hotel and don't have any spa, swimming pool. Each floor has vending machines for drinks and snacks. Laundry services available. (Rating 4) D. Dining options: The hotel has three options to serve your cuniliary requirement. Fleuve  at  serves breakfast and French and Italian cuisines. Shizuku serves Japanese cuisines. Sandbank bar is at the lobbylevel.  Nu ver of dining options are avaliable at the 14th to 16th floor food  courts of Daimaru Mall. (Rating 4.75). E. Overall service : The hotel has very well behaved team of staff at the reception and also at its housekeeping and dining room. All requests are met immediately with a smile. (Rating 4.75) F. Suggested improvement:- 1. The wardrobe was missing in my Room 5133; 2. There was hardly any space fir movement of two persons, hotel shouldn't have offered this room for double occupancy: 2. Body lotion should have been provided . Overall:  Location  and helpful team of staffs are the major plus points. Room soze snd lack of wardrobe major negative. (OVERALL RATING 3.85)

  This was amazing! This hotel was coming up in the area through my bank's points system. Hotel staff is very friendly and kind! I came on a late arrival and they saved the room for me because it was paid for which was so helpful because of how late at night it was! This hotel is located right at the entry of the train station, the Osaka shopping centre, and right across from the large Lucua shopping spots too! Super convenient! Food is amazing having eaten at Kiryu Teppanyaki and Flueve, and I couldn't have been happier. I'll be staying here as my future choice for Osaka!

  A little old hotel. But location is great n I would say that the hotel maintain the place very well. Just next to Osaka station, Transportation and food were really convenient. There was convenient stores area and even an average size super market. I was with my family of 3 and I was a little concerned with room size before arriving at the hotel. But upon coming to the room, I would say that the room was of a decent size that can put in 3 super single bed. Space to put our bags and still sit comfortably. The only down side of it was that there was no coin laundry in the area and the nearest was about 1 train stop away. Not the worse. But would have been good if there are coin laundry in the hotel or walking distance.

  When arriving in the foyer, the hotel appeared quite luxurious and the staff were very professional and friendly. I chose this hotel as it was so close to Osaka station, so the location was great. However, the room was very very small, the smallest I had while in Japan. I could hear every step the people in the room above me took, I could hear every train that passed. The bed was like sleeping on an ironing board. The tv had most channels blocked. The one positive to the room was that the bathroom was nice. I got this room at a great rate, but I certainly wouldn’t pay more than $150AUD a night to stay here, it is not worth it.
