::Hotel is kind of old. Rooms are ok. More spacious than tokyo atleast. Location is by the train station so you can access sapporo or otaru from there. There's a huge mall and aquarium here but to be honest nothing is here worth seeing.We're given spa tickets but because I have tattoos I wasn't allowed in the spa. I guess sapporo hasn't got with the times like tokyo has with tattoo-friendly ryokans and onsens.

::Experienced a spacious high-floor corner room in this hotel. The view from 23/F is stunning and offers panoramic views of the Sapporo town. Room design, furniture and amenity are just on point. Even if your room is not with a satisfactory view, you can take a look at other angles in the corridor's corner window.

::A magnificent tall structure commanding presence right in the middle of Shin-Sapporo. Close to Shin Sapporo station. Easy access, friendly staff, spacious room, great breakfast and amazing hospitality. Even though check in was at 3pm, they allowed me check in much earlier as the room was available. Thank you team. You made shin Sapporo a happy place!

::Almost 5 ⭐️ if the room had a kitchenette but that may be more common in Australian hotels. Room: a little old fashioned but did the job. The bed was comfy and the pillows were better than my other stays in Japan. The rooms were spacious and allowed me to sprawl. 4 person room to myself 😂. Service: friendly and English was available which was a bonus even though I need to push my Japanese language. Didn’t get to use the spa but it looked fancy and the real deal. Didn’t get the breakfast so can’t comment, I liked kombini breakfast instead. Location: it was on the other side of the car park to the train station. Shin Sapporo gets all trains including express and intercity trains so traversing around is easy as. Plenty of convenience stores at a short 3 mins distance. Electricals: I wish the room had better places outlets and the tv would allow for USB A/C input so I can watch whatever on there but the tv was ancient. A LAN Port is always a welcome site but not usually wanted but would be cool to have.

::One of the best hotels in Japan during my stay in 2019. It was very comfotable hotel with complete facility. The breakfast was very delicious with wide range of option. What I love the most about the food was the ingredients label in every food, so that we knew whether we can eat the food or not. This is very useful for moeslim, vegetarian, or peoplw with food alergic. The room was very nice, comfortable, minimalist with a very toughtfull design. The bathroom was completed with bathup, very clean and cozy. And the view was amazing! It was near Shin Sapporo Station, very accessible. I really love this hotel.
