  Great location, food places all around, great staff, love the bottled water in our room each morning, and the amazing breakfast.

  We, my wife and I with two kids, stayed at this hotel twice bath in the Zen room-type. The room is a little bit expensive comparing to other room types, but our kids love this Japanese-style room with the mattress on the Tatami floor. Although the room is quite small that you hardly see any floor in the room, it is equipped with USB charger with all types of connectors, massage machine, refrigerator, hair dryer, and a lot of amenity kits. The room has a small bathtub (the famous Japanese-style unit bath) inside but we never took a bath in our room. The shared bath room on the 2nd floor is more spacious and enjoyable for our kids. On this same 2nd floor, you can also get free ice, drinks from vending machine. The breakfast buffet was also very good. They also served some cakes from the sweet shop, Domremy, nearby. We definitely come back again.

  AMAZING customer service! We needed help finding an open post office on the weekend and they went out of their way to find one for us and told us exactly how to get there. My sister lost a screw on her glasses and they has a glasses repair kit. Just overall amazing staff made it worth staying there. Luckily they also had great rooms with an amazing view of the park too! And so close to Ueno station! If I ever come back to Japan I will stay here again for sure!
