::Good location, relatively close to the station. Not completely sound proof but not too noisy, thankfully. Very insecure method of leaving keys if you decide to pop out for food etc. Can’t imagine anyone actually risking their room being accessed by anyone who casually comes across the easy-to-access returned key box. The reception staff were often in the back room and seemed oblivious of people coming in and out when we arrived - indeed, there was one guy who walked straight past reception who could have helped himself to the room key deposit box without anyone noticing. I’m not convinced the staff were sitting there watching CCTV, either. Definitely needs a security check once-over.

::Booked one night here with a friend, only 9900¥ for a non smoking room with two beds. Free breakfast which was excellent, friendly staff always available to help you out. Only 300m from the station. Clean, cute, and a very good price.

::This hotel is very close to the Hamamatsu station. You can get to the shinkansen bullet train entrance approximately two minutes on foot from the hotel lobby. It’s very comfortable. I stayed there only one night. The room was quite large. The bathroom is average style and size. I couldn’t open the window but there’s an air conditioner, so you can change the temperature of the room. The room is equipped by slippers, pajamas, toothbrush, comb, fridge.

::The only good points would be that the room size is big, enough to accommodate 2 large open luggages, the short walking distance to the station and the polite staff. The major negatives - Bed sheet had a hair in it, but they looked pressed, so I can only assumed that they are washed but the housekeeper dropped a strand - No hand soap, although there are the standard shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash - Toilet light is too dim, like from a horror film - Main room light bulb fail to turn on in the morning - Loud drilling noise from 10am onwards due to renovation on the hotel exterior Some lesser negatives - Cushion of the sofa at the lobby looks sunken in and itchy to the skin after sitting - TV is so ancient it has no hdmi port Would not recommend.
