::Hotel rooms are very dated and should be upgraded. The breakfast line to get seated was long. Hotel overall with breakfast and customer service is good. I was happy to see a bible in the hotel room.

::Filthy hotel, bad smelling rooms, mold in their bathroom, in short disgusting. All fixtures, faucets, and electronics are very old and perhaps never been updated. You may ask why did we end up? I joined an organized trip called Tripoppo, I guess to maximize their profits, they have selected this horrible establishment.

::The worst experience we had recently. We a group of 42 members stayed in this hotel. All rooms air conditioning not working. All rooms intercoms not working. Very low staff. No one is there to open windows locks. No sleep entire night.. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

::50 years ago, this Hotel would have been "Grand" with old money vibes... But in 2023 it's shocking how low-tech, outdated and uncomfortable this Hotel is... Especially for Japan. Whilst the service from the staff is great, the hotel itself desperately needs to be renovated! The furniture and bedding looks like it's 40-50 years old and I had the *absolute* WORST sleep of my life! The mattress is a *BRICK* and along with all the decor in the room needs to be thrown away and replaced. The only positive of my stay was a very modern dining room at the top of the hotel with a great variety of included food within the breakfast.
