::Although hotel is old, but well maintained. Room is big for 3 persons. Our room have a very good view of the Japanese Alps. It's unfortunate that the path around the lake are under repair due to the earthquake that we can't go for a walk... Also a little far out, so definitely need a car to move about...

::This hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but what made my stay special was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Every morning I felt a warm greeting from everyone as if they were waiting just for me. I loved my stay here and will be back again someday.❤️

::A hotel with an outstanding structure, the rooms are very spacious and the restaurants are great! The hotel has amazing swimming pools, bars, karaoke room and a breathtaking onsen! the venue is amazing to hold events, they’ve got amazing rooms to hold meetings, conferences and production rooms. Outstanding.

::Incredibly overpriced for what you get. No one at the reception spoke English. The rooms were immensely outdated and the shower was barely usable. It really makes you wonder where all the money is going. And the rooms are not soundproof. Could clearly hear the people in the other room.

::Probably due to the fact that it is at the so called countryside, price is good. It is quite a drive to the hotel. I arrived about 9pm and it was such a dark drive right into the hotel. A local was driving, if not it would have been quite scary. Not so sure if the location is convenient for the usual traveller. I was booked this hotel by my business counterpart for convenience and supposedly close proximity to the factory. Room is big and spacious. I had 2 queen sized bed with a table and 2 chairs. Not typical of japanese hotels. Room looks old style but clean. Facial wash, body cloth (for scrubbing) etc was provided. They have a natural indoor and outdoor onsen. And a bath that comes with it where everyone just showers together. There is also a dressing area where lotion and moisturiser for the face are provided in the women's onsen. Hair dryer too. Not sure about the men's. There's a vending machine area with drinks and cup noodles and also the toy egg turning machines. Breakfast is at level 1 restaurant, Japanese breakfast, served buffet style. They provide probably everything you need so you can travel light. No need for shampoo etc and the shampoo they provided with royal jelly works wonders for my Asian untamed hair!
