::This is a budget friendly hotel. You get what you paid for, the hotel is old and you can see it from the moment you enter the building. Rooms are a bit dirty due to how old the building is, the breakfast is decent but could be better, the staff is great and helpful, the location is quite convenient close to restaurants and close to the center of the city. Would I say back in the hotel? No, I would definitely explore better options.

::Rooms 1/5 : For what i paid (just less than 80 000 yen for two nights) it was old, worn, well past its use by date. The hotel foyer was refurbished and quite pleasant, but as i exited the elevator onto the 5th floor I thought I had entered into a time machine somewhere in the 1950's or 60's. Either that or a hostel for refugees: torn wallpaper, bashed doors .... tatty tatty grim room The corridor, dark and dingy gave a flavour of the room thst was to follow. The carpet was like one of those industrial carpets for heavy use made to last 60 years, well this carpet has done its time. The room needs a complete overhaul its shout out.... "my owners don't care about me". The very early bedside "stereo" (photo below) gives you an idea of how old this hotel is ..... obviously before the development of japan's HiFI stereo explosion of the 60s and 70s. Hotel and room needs a complete overhaul or more simply knocked down. I'd chose the latter Service 2/5: very pleasant staff at desk. They told me on check in I could purchase a western style breakfast for an addition 1000yen/day (sounded reasonable but as I paid 80,000 Yen for two nights I'd expect they'd throw that in for no charge. Hungry the following morning I tip toed gleefully looking forward to getting out that awful room and having my fill of freshly baked bread, croissant, pastries bacon and eggs waffles, pancakes, bagels fresh fruit and hopefully freshly brewed coffee. What a disappointment. What did I have? Two factory "croissants" probably made two months earlier or just taken out the freezer, a glass of orange juice and a coffee. Suffice to say the following morning I didn't even bother .. not worth the effort. Not exactly a question style breakfast ... what western was it? Western japan?, western Azerbaijan?, western Albania? The reason I gave 2/5 rather than 1/5 is the staff kept my baggage for four hours for me thankfully free of charge 3/5: location is not bad. Its not good, but its not bad

::Don’t stay here they’re dishonest and will take your money. I never stayed at the hotel but I booked and asked to cancel immediately after realizing they would not honor the request (which they provided the option for on the booking page) to have separate beds. They refused to refund me the cost of the stay even though I communicated to them I would not be coming. Very unreasonable but I guess business is desperate during this pandemic

::ただ寝泊まりするだけだったらいいかも😐 Hotel people do not like job from customers, not helpful and love to be lazy. please do not ask about near by restaurant cos they do not want help and sarch about that to you. bathroom is very small.
