  Chinese noodles of the earth@Kanazawa Bunko MIX wonton salt ¥1200, soft boiled egg ¥150 First visit after moving to Kanazawa Bunko. There were 4 people waiting outside after 12:00 on weekdays. I was able to enter the store in about 15 minutes. I bought a meal ticket for ¥1200 for MIX wonton salt and ¥150 for soft-boiled egg at the ticket vending machine right at the entrance, and was guided to a counter seat by the window. When I handed over my ticket, I was asked if I wanted thin noodles or flat noodles, and I chose flat noodles. The rice bowl arrived in about 5 minutes. The delicious flavor of chicken and pork is concentrated in this beautiful clear water and salt soup. The salty flavor is mellow, but the taste is distinct. The flavor is enhanced with dried tomato paste. The flat noodles are smooth and supple and have a great flavor. Shrimp, meat wontons, char siu... everything is delicious. Although it's a little far from home, I have to visit here regularly. Thank you for the meal.

  As a ramen lover, I took the Keikyu Line to Kanazawa Bunko Station (lol) As you pass through a small but lively shopping street, turn left and arrive at a neat store. Luckily there was only one group waiting and we entered the store easily. It's a clean, simple and modern shop. I ordered simple flat noodles and my husband ordered dandan noodles. The ramen that arrived was just as beautiful as rumored! The clear soup is gentle, and the noodles are slippery, yet they mix well with the soup, and each time you sip, the delicious soup is carried into your mouth. This is excellent! The two types of soy sauce and toppings such as green onions are also of high quality. My husband's dandan noodles also looked simple and not red, but they were spicy. Even though I say it's delicious, I want to try other flavors as well, and I'm motivated to try everything on the menu. It's my favorite type of ramen, so I'll definitely go there! w

  Broth flavor is pretty ok~ish. Something really good are the noodles! Regarding meat, I think it could have been better and also if you eat a lot be aware that portions are not that big.

  One of best ramen shop in Yokohama area. I recommend to come here if you want some noodle in Yokohama
