::Hormone hot pot (hormone + vegetable set), sari noodles. Fresh offal, lots of vegetables, and a sweet and salty soup go great together. The finishing touch goes well with sari noodles. The customer service from the store staff is also great.

::I stumbled upon this shop while visiting Kitakyushu and it was so wonderful! ✨ I ordered Hormone Hot Pot, Stone Grilled Bibimbap, Half Seafood Shijimi, and Grilled Salt Pork Toro. I thought I wouldn't be able to eat it the second time, but it was so delicious and the staff was so friendly that I was able to eat it wholeheartedly. The offal hotpot was, needless to say, exquisite, but the stone-grilled bibimbap that I ate this time was really delicious. I simply poured the soup from the hormone hotpot over bibimbap and ate it, and it was the best. It was a great restaurant with everything that made you think it would be a good idea to eat bibimbap in a hot pot at the end! I will visit again when I go to Kitakyushu!

::Samgyeopsal is delicious! The customer service is not bad, and the second floor where you take off your shoes is very comfortable. Above all, the Chinese cabbage kimchi is super delicious! I wonder if they don't sell it?

::``Hormone Nabe Daegu Shokudo'' is a Korean restaurant founded in 2008 (Heisei 20), which is an 8-minute walk from JR Kokura Station. Visit on a weekend night by making a reservation in advance. I was told that the hormone hotpot was recommended, but the menu said it was for 2 people, so this time I ordered the samgyeopsal set as the main dish, as well as the following. ・Samgyeopsal set (1 serving) ·Sundubu soup ・Suijin Soda The staff will grill the samgyeopsal for you, so all you have to do is enjoy it! When I received it... Oh! It's so delicious! Chives, kimchi, onions, garlic, and green chili peppers. Since everything is available, you can just roll it up in a sandwich and eat it like crazy! I was actually planning on eating a light meal, but it was so delicious that I added three-tiered pork belly and chives. Wow, it's really delicious...I feel like I'll erase the memory of the eel I ate for lunch lol Is Sundubu jjigae bland? That's what I thought, but as I continued to eat it, I found it to be just the right flavor. Sundubu is delicious when it's cold. I had to refill the gin and soda, and the whole thing was delicious and I finished it all. With samgyeopsal so delicious, I think I'll order samgyeopsal instead of offal hotpot next time. It was that delicious! If you want to eat Korean food in Kokura, we recommend "Daegu Shokudo"! Thank you for the meal.

The staff will let you know when it's just the right time to eat, so even first-time eaters can enjoy the dish without hesitation. Furthermore, ``Chijimi'' is also really popular, and there are many different types, all of which are very delicious. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! This was the most delicious pancake I've ever eaten🎵 Personally, I recommend “Cheese Chijimi”! The price is also reasonable, so it might be cheaper than eating in Korea. Most of the staff are friendly and I think it's a great place to have a fun meal.
