Are you trying to make it too mild, or is it a problem with the base? After that, are you still taking infection control measures? I felt like I was going there alone. I think that's a good thing because the store has its own ideas, but I was irritated by the way the manager and staff were talking nonsense. We are good at talking to ourselves, but bad for the customers. It was that kind of shop. tastes normal. The price is a little high. Diarrhea afterwards.   If you want "dried sardine ramen" in Fukushima Prefecture, this is the restaurant for you. A ramen restaurant I've always wanted to try [Homemade noodles Kudo] This is my first visit. You can park about 10 cars in the parking lot. Today's Instagram information says it will start at 11:30 AM, so we arrived 20 minutes early❗ I was the first one!! ️ There's a nice smell coming from the exhaust port. The inside of the store has a slightly unique atmosphere✨ The store staff are cheerful and have good customer service⭕ I received the ``rich dried sardines tsukemen with a flavored egg topping''. The rich and smooth dried sardines soup is delicious~😄 It also has a slight flavor similar to shellfish soup (❓) I love the taste of this soup 🥰 Homemade thick straight noodles that are almost medium thick.   Soup too lukewarm! Rather cold! Even though there are instructions in the store about how to eat the soup and it says something like ``if the soup gets cold, it won't taste good,'' the temperature was around 40 or 50 degrees Celsius when it was served. I didn't know if it would be reheated or not, so I thought I'd ask on the way home, but I forgot to ask because I didn't think it would be reheated. On the downside, the menu is difficult to read. The name is difficult to understand. I don't know the difference. The only seasoning on the table is pepper. The taste is strong, but at 400g it gets boring later on. Seasonings like garlic, vinegar, chili oil, and lemon should be present I can't adjust the amount of split soup by myself. The waiter takes the bowl to the kitchen to add the soup, so he is unable to adjust the spoonful himself. As a result, there was no soup at all, so I gave up after about 3 bites. It's impossible unless you dilute it enough to put it in a container! I can't drink it!

  I went there on April 30th to try Tsukemen, but it was a special menu day, so I chose Strong Normal as a challenge. I love the dried sardine base, and it was really rich and strong! The first two or three bites were delicious, but the second half was tough! I was so disappointed that the quick meal would have been better for an older man who is now 66 years old!
