  Having worked in customer service myself, I understand how important greetings are when serving customers. However, no one is perfect and everyone has flaws. Therefore, it is understandable that there are days when bank employees are unable to say hello. The important thing is that they responded to my requests and worked overtime, and that I will never forget that experience. The banker went above and beyond for what I needed. Overall I'm satisfied. I think it's better than not being able to say hello if you can withdraw money from an ATM or use the bank premises without any problems.
