  The way the young female bank employee speaks and the way she interacts with customers is very strange. I canceled the fixed term contract that I had, so it won't work anymore, but I just felt disappointed, probably because the employee training wasn't thorough or because the bank's human resources didn't have a good eye for it.

  The store has a bright and clean impression. (I'm not sure since it was my first time there, but I thought it was newly rebuilt.) The staff at the counter were also very responsive and made me feel comfortable. Recently, there are many stores where you have to take a numbered ticket and wait in line, but here, there were no numbered tickets issued, and the staff were very organized and took good care of customers.

  The new building blends in with the atmosphere of Honmachi Street and looks like it's been around for a long time. However, I kind of like the modern design.
