::2024.8.4 Open only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. I made a reservation and went. There is a parking lot in front of the store that can park about 5 cars, but if you have a large car, I think the lower parking lot is better 😊 The soba noodles were also delicious. The kakiage tempura and pickles were the best. I don't usually eat brown rice rice balls, so it's healthy. I felt soothed as I ate my meal while looking outside through the glass and listening to the quiet background music.

::I received a full set of kamaage soba (large serving). I was satisfied with the taste of the ingredients.

::2023/12 visit Open only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, we are a ``soba restaurant'' and a ``direct sales store'' selling pesticide-free vegetables and additive-free processed products. It looks like you can stay overnight. We recommend checking the business hours on the store's Instagram before going. When we arrived at 12 noon on Saturday, there was one group of customers ahead of us, and after that, four groups came one after another. I get the impression that the customer base is mostly older people. There were about 6 table seats inside the store, and the parking lot could accommodate 5 or 6 cars in front of the store. I think it might be full, so it might be safer to make a reservation. I ordered the "Zaru Soba Full Set" from the menu. You can eat all the carefully selected dishes such as ``zaru soba'', ``tofu'', ``seasonal vegetable kakiage'', and ``2 rice balls (with various pickles)'' to your heart's content. Soba-yu was also included. You can get a large portion for an additional 180 yen, but I think even men would be satisfied with a regular portion. However, even if the portion is so large that you can't finish it all, there is no need to worry as there are packs available to take home. For drinks, you can pour your own ``wildflower blend tea.'' When I ate it, I felt that it was a dish that was made with care and attention to each ingredient. My husband was also happy and said he would love to feed his parents too. Many pesticide-free vegetables and processed products used in cooking were also sold in the store (I also found vinegar from Daisen Foods that I had previously purchased). I also bought some freshly harvested shiitake mushrooms. I think the ingredients used change depending on the season, so I would definitely come back again.

::\Hatchozaka-san full of nature🌳/ Handmade soba noodles, chewy brown rice rice balls, zakuwa kakiage, slightly sweet tofu, sticky and smooth Anno sweet potato...🥹 Yay, I'm very satisfied!! ︎I was very full🫄//// (There was also a pack to take home 🍱) I was surprised at the exceptional quality of the raw wood shiitake mushrooms sold in the store, but I was shocked when I was told that I could take the pumpkins displayed at the store and said, ``Please feel free to use them.''🥹//// There was plenty of nature inside and outside the store, and along the way, so it was really comfortable 🌳

::Tofu, konnyaku, vinegar, doburoku, salt, and various additive-free organic seasonings and foods. In times like these, it's worth a visit. Carefully handcrafted. On days when we have lunch, the soba noodles are delicious.
