  The reception staff is better than other post offices. I was impressed by how well it took care of me. What was especially nice was that they brought correction tape if I made a mistake. Definitely not available at other post offices. I want to use it more and more.

  If you just ask me to wait, I don't know if you should wait at the reception desk or sit at your seat, but the second time you asked if you could wait in a strong tone, it meant that you should wait at your seat... Please explain a little more carefully.

  I think this is the best post office in the Yame Chikugo Kurume area. The staff, regardless of gender, are kind and courteous. I want it to stay the same. Used for many years.

  When I tried to send it by Yu-Packet, they checked to make sure it was not over 3cm thick and that it would fit through the frame, but if I grabbed it loosely on purpose and it got caught in the slightest, I got a bad habit.

  bought a post card to mail internationally back to my home; though the staff didn’t speak english they tried their best to assist me! everything went smoothly. great customer service :)
